Fifteen years across PwC, Digicel, NCB Jamaica, Cable & Wireless (Director, Business Performance across 18 markets), and Trove. MBA. FCCA. Today I run PGH Consulting — speaking, training, and shipping production-ready AI agents inside finance functions internationally.
I am Jamaican (from yard). I started PGH Consulting after one of the hardest seasons of my life — nobody handed me a blueprint. Nobody rolled out a red carpet.
Before that, I sat at desks across three continents watching finance teams do the dumbest job a smart person could do: copy a number from a spreadsheet, paste it into a slide, format it, do it again. I did it for years. Then AI showed up and did it in two minutes.
That is when I made the call. I could either be one of the finance leaders who waits to see what happens, or I could be one of the people building the AI tools the rest of the profession will eventually use. I chose the second.
Today I speak at chambers, summits, and CFO conferences. I coach for the AI Finance Accelerator alongside Nicolas Boucher and the AI Finance Club. And I run AI Sprints — six- to eight-week engagements where I ship production-ready agents inside finance teams' own tenants.
I also still take a small number of fractional CFO clients when the fit is right. But the centre of gravity has shifted. The work I love most, and the work I am best at, is making AI actually work inside finance functions.
Speaking, workshops, AI Sprints, or coaching. Bring your context. I will bring mine.
